My friend Colette and her husband are from New Orleans and celebrated Easter this past weekend.  They decided to give their daughter Taylor her first taste of ‘classic’ New Orleans cooking – crawfish!  As the freshly steamed crawfish were placed on the table, her daughter exclaimed: 

Mommy, WHY are we eating bugs?” – Taylor, 4
