“She was asking for a Velma costume since summer. I repurposed thrift clothing for her sweater and skirt. Socks are from the soccer aisle at a sporting goods store. Glasses were 3D glasses with the lenses removed. She was all smiles on Halloween!” – Diana Wai Frazier.
