Singer-actress Hilary Duff, 23, announced on her official website that she and her husband of one year, Mike Comrie, 30, are expecting their first baby! She wrote, “We also want to share the exciting news that…BABY MAKES THREE. We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter in our lives.” Cheers to the happy couple!
