Little lady, Harper Lily (10-months-old), comes to us from New York City! We’re told this charmer is a night owl who is sure she’ll miss something if she naps. There is too much to see and do in this new world to sleep! Well, you’re in a perfect city for that. It’s clear the lack of sleep doesn’t show on this natural beauty.
