Okay, I know that Passover isn’t THAT close, but honestly, Jewish holiday or not – I this Matzo Pizza Recipe is DE-LISH! It literally takes 6 to 7 minutes to make.



  • Tomato sauce
  • Matzo
  • Shredded mozzarella (you can shred or buy it pre-shredded at the grocery store)
  • Grated parmesan
  • Optional: fresh basic or fried egg


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Spread 3 tablespoons tomato sauce onto 1 matzo (depending on how many kids you are making it for)
  3. Top with 3 tablespoons shredded mozzarella and 2 teaspoons finely grated parmesan
  4. Bake at 400 degrees directly on oven rack until cheese melts (about 6 to 7 minutes)
  5. Top with a fried egg and fresh basil to spice it up!
