My good friend Jen (from Everett, WA), mother of a 19-month old little girl, posted in her blog about how her daughter is starting to get into EVERYTHING!
Olivia, take the Christmas light out of your mouth!
Olivia, put the ornament back on the tree!
Olivia, don’t knock the tree over!
Olivia, put the toilet seat down!
Olivia, don’t touch Dozer’s water dish!
Olivia is getting rather mischievous so Jen and her hubby have to keep a close eye on her.
I can’t help but remember when my daughter used to be that age and would get into all sorts of little trouble. Her Daddy or I would have to chase her, catch her, or just be there to save whatever it was she was going to break, eat, or spill. We’re expecting Baby No. 2 in March/April, and as much as I am looking forward to holding a little infant in my arms again, I’m not so sure about chasing a mischevious little toddler. Perhaps.
How sweet, but true. Olivia is a busy little girl.
